How do I make a reservation?

Call our reservation center at 419-732-1111. May – Sept our office is open 7 days a week to take your reservation. Click here to submit a reservation request.

Do you require a security deposit?

No. each reservation is required to pay an INITIAL PAYMENT of $250.00 to secure the rental property. The INITIAL PAYMENT is then applied to the total rental amount and thereby is not a deposit above the rental rate.

Do you allow pets?

Sorry, no pets.

Can I have a specific rental?

Although we will make every effort possible to meet your request, we can not guarantee a specific unit, bedding, amenities etc. Factors such as availability when you make your request, owners needs throughout the rental season, the sale of the property, unexpected maintenance and several other issues that crop up from time to time all impact our ability to "lock in" specific requests.

Can we extend our stay?

Many guests, once they are here for a few days, realize they just can't do everything they wanted to in the time allotted. We would love to have you stay an extra day or two. Unfortunately, getting that extra time depends on if there is another guest scheduled to arrive in the unit your are occupying on the date of your departure. If not, we would be happy to accommodate your request.

What amenities do you offer?

Amenities will vary from condominium complex to condominium complex and rental home to rental home. We understand that the perfect vacation often depends on choosing a rental property that has the amenities you will enjoy. By answering these questions we can usually narrow your lodging options down to a manageable few making the final decision much easier.

  • Do you want beach access or dockage for a boat?
  • Do you want a pool?
  • How many bedrooms will you need?
  • Will the kids or other members of your party utilize a sleeper sofa or roll away bed? - This may reduce the number of bedrooms your party will require.
